God's Timing

My dream has always been to be pregnant at the same time as my sister-in-law. If it was up to Anthony and my timing this wouldn't have happened. But since it isn't, Geoff and Melissa are expecting their second baby just 2 weeks after Anthony and I. God's timing much? =) It has been so much fun already! And yes, my mom is pretty much the proudest Nana around right now! This is our first belly shot together (taken by the proud Nana). I keep getting jealous of Melissa's popping belly, but she quickly reminds me this is her second... I am sure I will catch up soon! ;)

Baby Bump or Gas?

I was so excited to see my belly stick out I instantly made Anthony take a picture! Come to find out people usually do not show in their 8-12th week. Nonetheless I was pretty excited for the time being of me being bloated... I had a belly. I have come to find out that this "belly" comes and goes often. I wake up in the morning with no belly, and by 4 or 5 in the evening I look somewhat pregnant! My body has changed however, I no longer have a waist and consequently look like a walking box. I am almost in my 12th week and am looking forward to looking pregnant not oddly shaped. I am just thankful for my wonderful husband who has not once commented on my ever changing figure, and has supported me through all of my hormonal freak outs and LONG naps! I am also very thankful for my mom, my sister-in-law, and my good friends who have all supported me with their very wanted advice! More "belly" pictures to come. I just hope I will be able to distinguish between Baby bump and gas now!
